Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our supply partners' warehouses. Exact shipping cost and the delivery options available for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Destinations
We ship to the countries you can select in the country menu at the top of the site. If your country is not listed, checkout is not available there yet.
Dispatch time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
Delivery time
Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Remote addresses and customs checks can add time. Once a tracking number is available you can follow your parcel on the Track Order page.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. The full amount, including any shipping charge and taxes, is shown before payment is confirmed.
Customs and duties
Import duties or taxes, where a country charges them, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout unless stated there.
Split deliveries
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.
